CERTIFIED TESTED GLUTEN FREE FACILITY

Portland Gluten Free manufactures both vegan and regular gluten free pizza crusts daily in a completely gluten free environment. Our facility is HACCP2 (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) certified. 

We make our pizza crusts to order, so they always go to our distributors fresh. The pizza skins are constructed by hand, parbaked and then frozen. 

They can be topped and cooked directly from the freezer, so they are ideal for restaurants, pizza parlors and food service operations of any size. They can be cooked in a regular oven or a wood fire oven with a pizza screen. 

The best part is that they come out looking, feeling and tasting like authentic artisan pizza. We offer a variety of sizes between 8 inch and 16 inch.

REGULAR GLUTEN FREE CRUST

White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Millet Flour, Sorghum Flour, Potato Starch, Potato Flour, Tapioca Flour, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Oregano, Yeast, Salt, Organic Cane Sugar, Garlic, Olive Oil, Eggs, Sunflower Lecithin, Nutritional Yeast. Vegetable Oil Blend used for pan spray.
PGF regular crust

VEGAN GLUTEN FREE CRUST

EASY PREPARATION

COOKING INSTUCTIONS

Our crusts are meant to be topped and cooked directly from the freezer. Do not thaw until the day of use. Our crusts are preservative free, so thawed crusts will mould after about 3 days in the refrigerator. Crusts thawed and refrozen tend to crack.

Storage: Keep frozen. Best if used within 6 months.

RESTAURANTS

Conventional Oven: cook directly on the oven rack, or on a pizza screen.

Pizza Oven: Cook on a pizza screen.

Cooking times will vary depending on oven temperature. Cook till crust has reached desired firmness.  For extra crispy crust, pizza may be cooked directly on pizza stones for the final 10 seconds only.

HOME

Home Oven: Preheat oven to 450-475 degrees. Place oven rack on middle level. Crusts may be cooked on a hot stone or pan, but for crispy crust cook directly on the oven rack. Cook 8-10 minutes.
